Parents Annual Fund

In 2010-2011, the Parents Annual Fund thanked over 7,400 parents of current and former Washington University students for gifts totaling just under $4 million. In addition, parents also gave significant restricted gifts bringing the total of parent giving to just under $6 million.

Your gift to the Parents Annual Fund directly supports the school in which your student is enrolled or any other area you wish to support. Each dean selects a priority use for parents' gifts to that school or college. Gifts are applied to the following areas until the needs are met. Subsequent gifts are then assigned to other uses, including computer upgrades, renovations, or whatever is needed most. One pressing need across all academic divisions is scholarship support. Please visit The Scholarship Initiative for Washington University: Opening Doors to the Future  for more information.
