The Phi Delta Theta Fraternity House is located on Frat Row. One of the larger houses, a number of fraternity brothers live in the house.

The Phi Delta Theta Chapter at Washington University was founded in 1891, with one of the founders being William H. Danforth, the grandfather of the 13th Chancellor of the University, also named William H. Danforth. Since then the fraternity has been focused on building friendships, mental culture, and moral standards.
