WU Walks
Welcome to the WU Walks Home Page!
The goal of WU Walks is for the entire university community (students, faculty, and staff) to join together in an effort and make time to do something for their personal health and well-being establish a regular exercise habit.
Walking, especially walking on our picturesque Washington University campus, is an ideal and practical way to achieve this goal. WU Walks offers measured walking routes on and around campus that can be downloaded from this Web site. We offer periodic group walks.
Walking is easy and inexpensive and can be done anywhere and anytime. It is a perfect way to integrate regular exercise into your life.
